When I experience first class service I am proud to let people know because today great service is often hard to come by. That's why I wanted to write this about Erwin Realty. Jeff Erwin represented us on the sale of a home and the purchase of a new one and did a fantastic job! We met Jeff at an open house and his honesty, knowledge and helpful attitude was clearly evident. In October he listed our home, it was in escrow in 3 days and he was extremely detailed with follow up the whole time. During this time we began the hunt for our new house. Jeff again was very thorough and organized as he helped coordinate the entire process. Needless to say we had our home closing on the sale and the purchase of our new home all in escrow during the holidays! Talk about a stressful time, yet Jeff made the whole dual transaction super smooth. If you are looking to buy or sell I highly recommend him.
